Arab Moltaqa Investments Company (AMIC) Announces an update in Al-Yosr Water Desalination & Purification Company

Mr. Khaled Abou Heif the Managing Director commented on the new development:
The partnership between Al Yosr Water Desalination & Purification Company and Amsol Company, on the New Cairo Raw Water transfer project with a total contract value of EGP 27 Million, is designed to transfer the raw water from the Nile River in Maadi to a new water treatment plant in New Cairo applying the monitoring and controlling system (SCADA).
AMIC owns almost 40% in Al Yosr Water Desalination & Purification Company. Al-Yosr Company has a wide experience in the field of desalination and purification of water technology, the creation of and the operation of water desalination plants, Al-Yosr Company has a successful experience in establishing, managing and operating Hurghada Plant in the Red Sea during the period from 1991 until 2006.
Amsol Company is considered one of the leading companies in the industrial engineering field in Egypt and the Middle East, a company that is specialized in the electromechanical field and industrial automation and the installation of automatic control systems and remote controls.
Mr. Abou Heif said that this partnership will play a pivotal role in lessening the water breakdowns in New Cairo attracting more companies to work in this area.
Mr. Abou Heif added that AMIC’s team main objective is to reach and achieve the company’s goals by examining new investment opportunities which shall maximize the company’s profits and works on our shareholders’ benefit.
