Misr Arab For Broiler Production is an Egyptian Joint Stock Company established in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Law No. 95 of 1992 and enrolled in the commercial register in 2002..
The company’s main purpose is constructing and operating poultry breeding farms (all types of white meat-producing poultry), establishing and operating an automatic slaughterhouse for slaughtering and processing poultry and manufacturing all kinds of feed, operating a factory for packaging and refrigerating or freezing white meat as well as installing a cooling and freezing refrigerator, and farming desert lands on the condition of being designated for reclamation and cultivation, along with using modern irrigation techniques.
The financial statements are prepared in accordance with Egyptian Accounting Standards and applicable laws and regulations and displayed in the Egyptian Pound, which represents the functional currency of the company.
The Company's Authorized Capital: 26 Million Egyptian Pounds.
The company’s farms are located in El Faregh Valley – Cairo Alexandria Desert Road.
AMIC owns up to 15 % of Misr Arab For Broiler Production.
